Dynamix Nutrition takes an individualized approach to nutrition programming. We provide you with the tools and knowledge to creating healthy long lasting eating habits. Nutritional counseling sessions cover topics ranging from how to eat right (and enjoy it) to grocery shopping, portion sizes and and changing unhealthy eating behaviors. When you add proper nutrition to regular workouts, you have an unbeatable program for meeting your fitness goals. And it gets even better, Dynamix Fitness Nutriton Program offers you customized meal plans with healthy recipes, and an accountability journal that will allow you to track your progress.

Dynamix Nutrition consists of four to six private one-on-one sessions, each covering a variety of topics. Also included is an accountability food journal, meal plans and helpful tips. Plus, you get my own personalized email to ask any questions along the way. The evaluations and education you receive from our qualified holistic nutirionist includes everything from determining baseline data, to changing eating habits, to learning how to best eat at home and in restaurants.


You will be working closely with your Nutrition consultant to guide you through the skills needed to put the basics of a healthy and fit lifestyle into practice. Over the next four to six sessions, you will learn:

  1. Sensible approach for eating healthy
  2. Grocery shopping list and menu ideas.
  3. Tips on making better choices when eating in and eating out.
  4. How to take control of unhealthy eating behaviors.
  5. How to use these healthy tools and tips to maintain healthy habits for life.
